Whilst many were enjoying the 2011 Thame Food Festival, Kelly and Patrick were exchanging their vows.  We had the pleasure of creating this stunning wedding cake.  Each tier was separated with gorgeous fresh roses supplied by Katies flowers.  Kelly and Patrick chose a different flavour for each tier consisting of Rich chocolate, Luscious lemon, moist carrot and luxury fruit cakes. The Fothergill hall at The Spread Eagle Hotel, Thame in Oxfordshire was a fitting venue for this simple, yet elegant  four tier cake which was complemented with two five tear cupcake towers either side.

A stunning 5 tier centrepiece made up of individual fruit cakes with intricate piping detail around the base of each cake and complimented with a single rose centred on the top of each cake.   This much sought after cake was for the wedding of Glen and Kim Bunce of Wingrave, Aylesbury, Bucks who had a very specific design in mind which was complemented by a stunning floral arrangement.

New for 2010 from Bucks Wedding Cakes and quite fitting given the current weather we present a 2 tier Christmas wedding cake with white fondant snowflakes delicately dusted with edible glitter. The tiers are separated with three transparent columns filled with blue ice crystals to give the cake more depth. The cake is a traditional rich fruit cake made with fine, fresh ingredients including French Congac soaked fruit, farm fresh eggs, marzipan made with fine Californian almonds and Moroccan almond bitters which gives it a superb distinctive flavour.

This wedding cake design makes a bold statement. Accents of silver and red enhance the wow factor of this cake. The flowers are flame lilies which are native to Africa and Southeastern Asia although they are now widely cultivated.

A striking 3 tiered wedding cake finished with a pearl lustre creating a gorgeous shimmering effect. Complimented with a pearlescent frill over one side of the entire cake, crowned with an Ice Queen Tiara (Princess Conchetta) and finished with elegant silk roses (fresh flowers can also be used).

A beautiful 4 tier wedding cake created for Sasha who was recently married at the Warren Weir located on the grounds of Luton Hoo in Bedfordshire. Positioned on a hexagonal mirrored base and using a white and teal colour scheme complimented with pink ribbon, silver brooches and flowers, this wedding cake was certainly one of the main centrepieces at a sublime setting.
